Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa, Hue

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was lacking in several areas. While the views by the river are pretty nice, the rooms need significant updates and the service could be more efficient. The experience given the price paid is disappointing, and the dining options did not meet expectations. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, especially with the fantastic view of the river from my room and balcony. The breakfast was a highlight, and the atmosphere was surprisingly relaxing. However, I did encounter some service hiccups during check-in and experienced dated room conditions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, nestled close to the walking streets filled with eateries and shops. The staff, especially Mr. Nguyen, were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. However, the hotel itself shows some signs of wear and maintenance could be improved. The pool area is spacious and refreshing, a great way to relax after exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The spacious room with a balcony offered stunning views of the river, and I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a delightful mix of local and western cuisines, including my favorite, iced Vietnamese coffee. The staff were genuinely attentive and really made me feel welcomed, especially Mr. Ho Phuoc Loi, whose cheerful demeanor brightened my mornings.
